Appointments & Bookings
Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.
We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee or forfeit any deposit paid.
Missed appointments without notice (no-shows) may be charged the full service amount.
Deposits & Payments
Some services may require a deposit to secure your appointment.
All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Service Satisfaction
We aim for 100% client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 48 hours so we can offer a suitable solution.
Refunds are not provided for change of mind, but we may offer corrections or adjustments where appropriate.
Allergies & Health Conditions
Please inform your stylist/therapist of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities before your treatment.
We are not liable for any reactions if full disclosure has not been made.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate, abusive, or disrespectful behavior.

Your personal information is kept confidential and will never be shared without your consent.

Photos & Social Media
With your permission, we may take photos of your results for promotional use on our social platforms.
Let us know if you do not wish to be photographed.
